Description: We were responsible for directing and creating the CG moving image (motion graphics) for the promotional movie for “Henzutsu Karuta,” planned and produced by the Henzutsu Department of Japan Eli Lilly K.K. Henzutsu Karuta is a karuta card game created to help people who suffer from migraines empathize with one another and to promote understanding of migraines. Common migraine experiences, which are ordinarily negative, are expressed in a friendly way through humorous illustrations and intuitive glitch-style typography. In the promotional movie as well, we incorporated lively animation and three-dimensional movement that keeps viewers engaged, with the aim of making them feel the joy of shared empathy.
