Commercial for the used car dealer FATE. It depicts stories involving cars using animation. Various car models were filmed in a warehouse, while the people and backgrounds were expressed through rotoscoping. By adding animation to the people and backgrounds, each situation is given movement and memories are brought to life. Produced with Photoshop and After Effects.

This was produced to inform people around the world about the current situation. By expressing it in a comical way through animation, it has been made lighter and easier to watch. LUMINE’s 10% off campaign, Part 4. A TV commercial for the spring sale. Across the series, characters by illustrator Mr. Takeuchi are animated. The movements were based on actual dance performances by a dancer, and then adapted to match the illustrations. The brush-drawn look was also recreated in Photoshop.

Responsible for the character design, background design, and animation. The characters are in 2D and the backgrounds in 3D, with camera work used to create a dynamic and powerful battle scene.

Created entirely as an animation based on original illustrations by Bunpei Yorifuji, this piece expresses the worldview found in the package design for “Fuku, Wara.” The characters and landscapes in the work evoke a sense of longing for home among the Japanese people, who have grown up eating rice, making it a deeply moving piece.
