This 100-year family story follows three generations of women—Anko, Rui, and Hinata—as they each find their own way of living through love, work, and marriage, across the changing eras of Taisho, Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa. With the theme of “connection,” the visuals were created in papercraft with a warm texture so that viewers could feel both the bonds between people and the links between eras from the opening sequence.

As the welcoming face for visitors, we explored ways to express the company’s “free creativity unconstrained by conventional ideas” as our core theme. Based on the “For Communication” mission consistently upheld by the services created by the mixi Group, we established four content themes: “Location - SHIBUYA,” “Inclusiveness - DIVERSITY,” “First Move - MOTION,” and “Sharing - TIME.”
