Born in 1987 in Nara Prefecture, he graduated from the Oil Painting program in the Department of Fine Arts at Aichi Prefectural University of the Arts before joining animation studio Sunrise. After working on key animation and as animation director on in-house productions, he left the company to create his own independent work. Over the course of several years, he completed the short animated film PUPARIA, and continues his work to this day.
He is currently in active preparation for the completion of a new project.
