Animation for a song from the ETV program “Inai Inai Baa!” With a focus on preserving the generous, open feel of the music, the visual development was composed especially from the rhythms and tones of the orchestral instruments. Clay, paper, cotton, lead, and acrylic paint were used for the forms. Each element appearing in the video was filmed separately by material and then composited. A work created as part of “Free Association,” a project that freely associates visuals from the music of in the blue shirt. A stop-motion MV for “Windfall” (short ver.), a track from the “Convex Mirror e.p.” released on 2024/04/24. With the completely open-ended, no-deadline creative brief, we challenged ourselves to: ・Create without a storyboard (developing the composition as we went along) ・Shoot with a webcam (especially aiming for a “low-quality” look)

A promotional video for a collaboration project between textile designer Yuri Himuro and Moleskine, centered on the motif of “sakura.” This is one of three stop-motion pieces that present story-driven notebooks born from the “park” where Himuro always takes her walks, accompanied by music by Akiko Shiina, created from sounds recorded in that same park. Focusing on conveying the distinctive appeal of “SNIP SNAP,” YURI HIMURO’s unique fabric designed to be cut and enjoyed, the piece expresses the work in stop-motion, imagining threads as cherry blossoms.

▶️Overview Ribbon unties her own body, and Dandelion ties her back together. It was a standing joke between just the two of them. The everyday world you took for granted can disappear all at once, one day. Even if no one is to blame. ▶️Production Method This animation combines semi-dimensional forms with digital 2D. It was created for the exhibition ANIME SAKKA ZAKKA anthology. The theme is “One Day.”
