Music video for YUKI’s new single “Share,” released on December 17, 2025. A cute and catchy story centered on the theme of “searching for something.” If you watch closely, a time loop is built into it, with a philosophical meaning embedded within.

In the year 3820, the daughter of an archaeologist whose family descends from people who left Earth and settled on another planet sees a baguette—food from more than 1,000 years ago—for the first time, and is carried away by thoughts of the distant past, imagining a romance. Incidentally, at this point in history, humans no longer obtain nourishment by eating food through the mouth, but by bathing in light, so it’s anyone’s guess how they were able to get nutrition from a baguette. When developing the concept for this music video, I asked Mr. Nakamura, composer/pianist of UN.a, about the background of the song. It seems to be a redefinition of the “ballad,” which began with Chopin, and a pop love song. So I thought I’d try to portray an epic love story. Love in the memories of DNA from far, far away... What will become of this long-distance romance that transcends time and space!? The role of the daughter is played by Utae, who is herself a DAW artist. The costumes feature rare collection pieces from AKIKOAOKI’s 18SS collection, a notable up-and-coming Tokyo brand. The striking accessories are by moil.

A fashion film created for the Tokyo fashion brand “HELMAPH & RODITUS.” Lepus Cornutus is the name of a legendary horned rabbit that appears in European literature and paintings from the 16th to 18th centuries, and we created this story by symbolizing the brand’s identity with this “horned rabbit,” as it creates clothing for women who seek both masculine coolness and feminine cuteness at the same time.

A fashion film/short film work created in collaboration with H.P. France and the creative studio KLOKA. The set was built in Tokyo and filmed in a single day in July 2015. Completed in September of the same year, the work was submitted to and screened at fashion film festivals and short film festivals around the world.
