The theme was “Create a promotional video that conveys the appeal of VGT ONLINE 2025, centered on Create Synergy.” The concept links the anticipation of people waiting for the event to begin with the excitement creators feel in the moment before a render is complete. By incorporating an expression that combines 2D motion graphics in After Effects with physics-based simulations in Blender, the work embodies “synergy” through a new approach to the production process as well.

This work received the Jury Prize in the Morisawa category at the VGT Motion Award 2025. The theme was “Motion graphics that bring out the new appeal of fonts.” In response to this theme, I defined the new appeal of fonts as “the joy of choosing a font.” I created this piece with the concept of conveying that joy, especially in an era when anyone can create, express, and produce creative work. Rather than relying on my own colorful and pop-style expression, I aimed for motion that is simple yet meaningful, aligned with the composition, BGM, and overall concept.

This work was submitted to the Digital Signage category of the Metro Ad Creative Award 2024. It was entered for the brief from All About Co., Ltd. and selected as a finalist. All About is a media platform that has been publishing expert information on the web for over 20 years. It also places importance on the real-life experiences of modern consumers, and updates daily with stories especially about money-related experiences. To achieve the goal of “introducing and encouraging submissions for a serialized article series about money-related episodes,” we created a video that incorporates the following three key messages. ・Daily introductions of topics such as everyday life and investing! ・Anyone can submit their own episode! ・If your episode is selected, you will receive a ¥3,000 Amazon gift card!

This video won the New Hope Award in the video category of the “Kabukicho Creator’s Gallery” hosted by Tokyu Kabukicho Tower. Taking the given themes of “turning Kabukicho into an entertainment city” and “evoking a sense of the future and anticipation for Kabukicho,” I interpreted them in my own way and built the work around luminous, colorful compositions inspired by neon lights, along with cyber-like expression. It conveys a sense of the future and anticipation for Kabukicho by tracing its journey from the past toward the future in sequence.

To enhance the immersive quality of the video, I kept text-based information delivery to a minimum, and by effectively combining design, animation, background music, and narration, I aimed to draw attention to the visuals themselves and fully leverage the unique characteristics of video as a medium.
