This video was created to celebrate surpassing 1,000 followers on X. Centered around a graphic featuring many small objects that, in my own way, evoke the essence of “hama,” it was created with deep-sea exploration as its motif.

Description: With the product launch, we were commissioned to create a video that expresses the brand’s world view. 1. A dynamic, immersive visual experience that expresses the worldview of the new brand and instantly draws viewers in. 2. A feature introduction that clearly explains what the product can do, which is essential for a launch. We created a video that blends these two elements in a 50:50 ratio.

This work was submitted to the VGT category of the VGT Motion Award 2025. The theme was “Create a promotional video that conveys the appeal of VGT ONLINE 2025, centered on Create Synergy.” The concept links the anticipation of people waiting for the event to begin with the excitement creators feel in the moment before a render is complete. By incorporating an expression that combines 2D motion graphics in After Effects with physics-based simulations in Blender, the work embodies “synergy” through a new approach to the production process as well.

This work received the Jury Prize in the Morisawa category at the VGT Motion Award 2025. The theme was “Motion graphics that bring out the new appeal of fonts.” In response to this theme, I defined the new appeal of fonts as “the joy of choosing a font.” I created this piece with the concept of conveying that joy, especially in an era when anyone can create, express, and produce creative work. Rather than relying on my own colorful and pop-style expression, I aimed for motion that is simple yet meaningful, aligned with the composition, BGM, and overall concept.
