I directed three TV commercials introducing the business of Mizuho Financial Group.
The commercial features Natsuki Deguchi, and the music is by Kabanagu.
This was my first time directing commercials, and with guidance from Masaki Ueda and the production team, I completed the project over a three-month process that included storyboarding, filming, and editing.
I also created the motion design for the text myself.

Fireworks of the Word

2026
00:05:00
Description: I was invited as an artist to DIG SHIBUYA 2026, an event hosted by Shibuya City, and exhibited a video work on the wall of Shibuya PARCO. I turned a personal piece of writing that I felt was in my own words rather than someone else’s into fireworks and presented it in a public space. A 45-line text was shown sequentially, with each line displayed for 6 seconds. The original text was here. https://note.com/tskokmt/n/n217d5659ddcb

Light Texture - Video for Public Spaces

2025
Description: We created three video works for the signage at Takashimaya in Futako-Tamagawa. After receiving the commission, I stayed overnight in Futako-Tamagawa and took a walk around the area. The reflections of the sky and houses on the water of the Tama River were striking. The vivid blue, bright and dark greens, brown, yellow, and red also stayed in my mind. Since local residents would see it as part of the scenery of their daily lives, I wanted to create something interesting while blending in as naturally as possible with the local landscape.

Nikkei Electronic Edition × Miku Masuda: Men’s Edition

2022

Nikkei Electronic Edition digital advertisement. This work turns illustrations by illustrator and manga artist Miku Masuda into a motion comic; in the first half of the video, it depicts a young man and woman gaining insight through small moments in their everyday lives. The design in the second half adds linear visuals to create contrast, expressing a shift in their previously passive feelings.
