A web commercial produced as part of GUNZE Limited’s 130th anniversary project, marking the company’s 130th year in August 2026. Taking advantage of the fact that some younger viewers may not even be able to read the company name “GUNZE,” the film vividly brings the catchphrase “Unreadable, GUNZE.” to life. The concept was developed by a team centered on KOO-KI’s younger staff, who themselves are among those on the “unreadable” side. KOO-KI’s Tatsushi Yuu, known for his wide range of directing styles, transformed their wildly free-spirited ideas into an entertaining visual piece. In addition to the “Calligraphy” version, the web commercial also includes a “Vision Test” version.

Directed and produced by KOO-KI’s Tatsuhiro Momen, this TV commercial was made for Asahi Solar, a pioneer in solar water heating systems. A sumo wrestler jumps off a roof and dives straight into a bathtub. A shot that would normally require an elaborate setup is rendered realistically yet in a humorous ukiyo-e style using generative AI. In addition to the “East — The Power of the Sun / Blue Sky” version, there is also the “West — Leave It to Us, Peace of Mind / Gold” version.

A popular piece of content familiar to visitors at Mizuho PayPay Dome has been reimagined in naked-eye 3D for a large vision display in Tenjin, Fukuoka. QTnet’s mascot, Konekto-kun, and his friends leap out, bounce around, and move toward the viewer, creating a sense of depth as if they were reaching beyond the screen. By blending their fluffy, approachable character design with 3D expression, the work achieves a presence that feels almost “alive” in the middle of the city. The result is a signage piece with such visual impact and immersion that passersby can’t help but stop and look. In addition, KOO-KI’s KAI HARAGUCHI also directed the Hawks Vision at Mizuho PayPay Dome and the TV commercial.
