A web commercial produced as part of GUNZE Limited’s 130th anniversary project, marking the company’s 130th year in August 2026.
Taking advantage of the fact that some younger viewers may not even be able to read the company name “GUNZE,” the film vividly brings the catchphrase “Unreadable, GUNZE.” to life.
The concept was developed by a team centered on KOO-KI’s younger staff, who themselves are among those on the “unreadable” side.
KOO-KI’s Tatsushi Yuu, known for his wide range of directing styles, transformed their wildly free-spirited ideas into an entertaining visual piece.
In addition to the “Calligraphy” version, the web commercial also includes a “Vision Test” version.
