A promotional video for a collaboration project between textile designer Yuri Himuro and Moleskine, centered on the motif of “sakura.” This is one of three stop-motion pieces that present story-driven notebooks born from the “park” where Himuro always takes her walks, accompanied by music by Akiko Shiina, created from sounds recorded in that same park. Focusing on conveying the distinctive appeal of “SNIP SNAP,” YURI HIMURO’s unique fabric designed to be cut and enjoyed, the piece expresses the work in stop-motion, imagining threads as cherry blossoms.

JA全農とっとりの新品種米「星空舞」のテレビCMを、トレースをしないドローイングによるアニメーションで制作しました。 音楽を作曲したVOQと鳥取県の「大山アニメーションプロジェクト」(2016)で滞在制作したご縁から、同県出身のアートディレクター・遠藤礼奈氏ならびに写真家・浜崎昭匡氏による企画チームから依頼されたものです。 この作品は、長い歴史が人々の中に今も息づいている風土を知り、鳥取への郷土愛をもつ多くの方々との交流から実感を得たものです。二十年の歳月をかけて開発された新しいお米は、一粒が大きくて白く輝くという特徴から「星空舞」と名付けられ、アートディレクターの遠藤氏が子どもの頃に友人と砂丘で星空を見上げた記憶にもとづき、無数の星が降り注がれる稲穂の実りのエネルギーを想像しました。
