Description: We were responsible for directing and CG moving image (motion graphics) for a concept video on “parking lot subleasing,” provided by Azoom Co., Ltd., a TSE Mothers-listed company. Using infographics, the video clearly explains why subleasing is beneficial, what subleasing is, why Azoom’s subleasing stands out among the many companies available, and the steps from how it works to actual implementation. If your parking lot has vacant spaces because they are not filled by residents, or if vacancies are expected in the future, we hope you will consider making use of “parking lot subleasing” instead of leaving them as they are.
