Tokyu Agency, which marked its 60th anniversary, relocated its office from Akasaka in Minato-ku, Tokyo, to Nishi-Shimbashi in Minato-ku on November 1, 2021. We created a film that visualizes its new slogan. It is used on signage in the new office and as the hero visual on the website. We were responsible for the overall direction, design, and motion of the video. To leave a strong impression of the new slogan, we incorporated the process of the logo design taking shape throughout the film, while expressing the elements of the logo design through a variety of textures and depicting how they dynamically resonate with one another.

In 2021, Coconala renewed its logo design. We produced motion graphics featuring the new logo. From the graphic direction that makes the most of brisk, rhythmic cut transitions, to the colorful spreading circles that express “diversity,” lines extend outward and connect, and three colors intertwine to create new colors. By having six colors gather together in a bundle, the work expresses “connection” and the widening of possibilities.

Nature Remo E Lite Web Movie short version

This is a web movie created to promote Nature Remo E lite, a power monitoring system that lets you check your home’s electricity usage in real time on your smartphone and compare it with weekly, monthly, and yearly graphs. We were responsible for the direction and motion graphics direction. Videos explaining features tend to feel stiff, so to bring out the warmth of a home, we used an analog tone and abstract forms, with the aim of making it appealing to younger audiences as well.

Hitotohito Holdings Brand Movie

I was involved in the brand movie for “Hitotohito Holdings” as the director and motion graphics director. By carefully interpreting the narration script and considering the balance between the abstract and the concrete, I aimed to create a visual experience in which the narration would naturally and intuitively draw viewers in. While building on the blue used in the logo design, I also designed the piece so that it seamlessly moves between 2D and 3D, allowing the company’s diversity to be felt without any sense of inconsistency.
