Music video for “Antinomy,” a song by amazarashi, which serves as the ending theme for the anime NieR:Automata Ver1.1a. Conceived and produced by Yoko Taro, the director of the NieR series, it is a 15-minute “puppet play” that serves as a spin-off of the NieR story. I was responsible for the CG in the final shot.

I was responsible for the art direction of the visual movie for “Fuyuusuru,” a new product from the underwear brand une nana cool. As with the annual visual campaign, it was created in collaboration with Tezuka Chihara’s directorial debut film, Ice Cream Fever, and features Riho Yoshioka, who plays the lead role. Butterflies, which are a key motif in the film, were used to express the comfort and world of the “Fuyuusuru” product in this visual work.

Since the song was about the theme of interacting with others, I set the story in a school, a place where you first come into contact with other people. The protagonist is a girl who gets trapped there as time stands still, unable to escape.

This is a teaser movie for a fully CG animated work independently created using Blender. It recorded 1.15 million views on Twitter. With “nostalgia for a future that does not exist” as its visual concept, it depicts the journey of a girl on a certain mission, set in “Tokyo,” which is endlessly rebuilt by AI after the decline of humanity. The first episode is scheduled for release this winter.
