Directed the opening sequence for The Dragon Dentist, an adventure fantasy set on a grand scale in the land of dragons. Focusing on the organic, fluid elements within the work—such as souls passing through the dragons and the cycle of life and death among people—the sequence unfolds with complex visuals whose expressions are constantly changing. By combining contemporary graphics with an emaki-inspired approach, it abstractly conveys the world of the work. The opening is further elevated by edgy motion typography.
