“Earth as Seen from Space: A Culture” Inspired by music, this project visualizes the creative process of a Japanese dancer choreographing and a chef creating cuisine. This time, the theme is Daft Punk’s “Within.” Using CG, live action, and compositing, I created a video in which reality and unreality coexist. This is my first independently produced work. I used Polycam, Nomad Sculpt, Blender, Substance 3D Painter, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Firefly. The 3D models that appear were all modeled from scratch without using any assets. The slot symbols at the beginning of the work were generated using Adobe Firefly. Throughout the CG and live-action scenes, the footage was basically shot with a 50mm focal length. The props appearing in the work are compiled on the page below. Each product features a primitive silhouette, and I aimed to make them feel realistic. https://www.behance.net/gallery/184868293/HATCH-PROPS

Produced the music video for Porno Graffitti’s Akihito Okano’s solo song “Shaft of Light.” I focused on creating rhythmic movements that matched the song’s style.

Description: We’ve put together a catchy lyric video with a snappy tempo to match the stylish sound.

Hiramatsu Yu × Shiina Kyoko The video and music were created simultaneously in parallel.
