チームラボは、石川県・金沢市の現代美術館「金沢21世紀美術館」にて、個展「チームラボ 永遠の海に浮かぶ無常の花」を開催します。本展は、一つの連続した波によるインスタレーション「Black Waves: 埋もれ失いそして生まれる」と、来場者のふるまいの影響を受けながら変容し続ける空間「永遠の今の中で連続する生と死、コントロールできないけれども、共に生きる」をはじめ、空間に書く書「空書」、作品空間の中を回転していく「反転無分別 - Black in White」、来場者が描いた花々が、壁に生まれ、群生し広がっていく「グラフィティ フラワーズ ボミング」などを展示します。 本展でチームラボは、人々が他者と共に作品の一部となり、溶け込んでいくことで、自分と他者との境界を連続的なものに変え、そして私たちと世界との、境界のない新しい関係を模索したいと考えています。

As in the previous year, I was in charge of the visual for the call for proposals for the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ Media Arts Creator Development Support Program. I created the base 3DCG motion in Blender and animated it using rotoscoping techniques. The way the letters of MAC (Media Art Creator) transform freely expresses the process of refining ideas during the proposal stage.
