In September 2024, we directed and produced the opening and closing segments of Autobacs’ 50th anniversary ceremony held at Grand Cube Osaka. EL SQUAD appeared in the performance, which featured visuals projected on a transparent screen and was synchronized with lighting and laser effects.

上野ランドは、 「 上野周辺地域を、ミュージアムとして捉えてキュレーションする 」事を目的と し、今までありそうでなかった上野みやげ専門店を目指し2017年にオープン。 今回のプロモーション動画では、上野ランドのコンセプトを元に、歴史・文化・芸術が混在している 上野の魅力と楽しさを「 西郷隆盛像 」「 アメ横 」「 国立博物館 」を舞台に3種類のアニメーションで表現した。 ※掲載動画は3種類の動画を1つに編集。

At the time, lyric videos were starting to get popular, and I wanted to make a music video with a stronger focus on text design, so I began developing the concept with the goal of creating something like an upgraded version of a lyric video. I thought lyric videos were effective for keeping people watching until the end, but I also felt that if we could make the experience feel a little deeper, people might want to watch it again and again, so I aimed to convert the lyrics into English with new interpretations included and give them more expression. Since many of the lyrics were abstract, I think the somewhat suggestive English translation worked pretty well.
