We produced the ZOZO “THE FUTURE OF FASHION” concept movie at P.I.C.S. The movie was created as a short film of approximately five minutes, portraying ZOZO’s vision of a new world of fashion and a freer future. Set in the year “204X,” it is structured as an omnibus that shows how four themes—“Virtual Technology,” “Textile Technology,” “Measurement Technology,” and “Sustainability”—become part of the lives of three characters. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as XR, it depicts a future in which fashion and technology are interwoven. By portraying how what is now called “cutting-edge technology” becomes seamlessly integrated into everyday life in the future, helping people live more freely and richly, the film not only conveys the excitement of the future brought by fashion tech, but also builds anticipation for ZOZO NEXT’s future initiatives. It also addresses the major environmental challenges facing the fashion industry, depicting everyday life in which sustainable fashion is enjoyed through technologies such as garment decomposition and regeneration, reuse, and virtualization. Please pay attention to the beautiful, vivid world full of smiles that the future of fashion will bring.
