This work was submitted to the motion category of “Adobe MAX Challenge 2025,” a project held during Adobe MAX 2025. I created this 5-second original piece based on the theme “Turn inspiration into wonder. Create magic.”


I expressed inspiration as “!” and surprise as “！！！！！！？”. By combining them all, they transform into “Create magic.”, linking to the Adobe MAX logo and expressing the energy and excitement leading up to the event.

This work was submitted to the “VGT Motion Award Morisawa Category” as part of “VIDEO GRAPHERS TOKYO 2025,” and won the Grand Prize. Centered on the theme of “motion graphics that bring out new appeal in fonts,” a 15-second original piece was created. 〈concept〉 For the most part, letters have been used to convey meaning. I interpreted liberation from that role as the “new appeal of letters (fonts).” Most of the text strings in this work have no meaning; the composition focuses on the shapes and expressions of the letters themselves. The title was simply set as “i mi na i.”

I directed a promotional video using Subaru Tecnica International’s Nürburgring-spec car. It was driven by SUBARU’s race driver Takuto Iguchi, and his speed range was beyond what I had expected; I remember the camera car having to run at an exceptionally high speed during filming. Also, as you may be able to tell from the footage, even when the car changed, he passed through the same line on every lap, which made switching between vehicles extremely easy, and I believe this work was made possible by the combined strength of a true professional driver.

Web CM for “uka IZU Shampoo / Conditioner.” uka’s new goal is to create a cycle in which both hair and the global environment benefit each other. In producing “uka IZU Shampoo / Conditioner,” they source Japanese star anise from Izu, and by paying for it, forest regeneration activities advance, eventually restoring the sea and surrounding environment connected to the mountains as well. The aim is to create a virtuous cycle that does not rely on donations or charitable activities. Creative director Kiku-no is featured as the model, and the story of her natural self and uka is beautifully depicted against the backdrop of Izu.

VOQ「lulu」(PROGRESSIVES FOrM)

This was created as the music video for “lulu,” a track from musician VOQ’s first album, YONA, released by PROGRESSIVES FOrM in April 2018. Although it is also a music video, it is a “painting of time” that repeatedly depicts similar images, and is intended as a visual expression by a painter, with the aim of observing the nonlocality of where images exist. This work is also a recreation of the installation of the drawing animation work End o wo Terasumono 2 (2011), which was created for the solo exhibition “End o wo Terasumono 1” (2010) at Take Ninagawa (Higashi-Azabu) and for the exhibition “The 3rd Yebisu International Festival for Art and Alternative Visions: Daydream Believer!!” (2011) at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum, along with an early version of VOQ’s same song “lulu.” It is planned to be further added to and released as a short film titled End o wo Terasumono.
