本作は、M6.5を記録した熊本地震の南阿蘇村復興イベントのために制作。地震で被害を受けた地域を思う沢山の人々に向け、南阿蘇の人々・情景を織り交ぜながら「ここが終わりではない、最終回を迎えた後も物語は続く」というメッセージを込めた作品。
