In the fall of 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic began, this work was created to express, in line with the song’s content, the intention of wanting to meet in person while being in separate spaces, through its filming and presentation.

After finishing a shoot, I went to a service area. We arrived around 7:30 p.m., just before the 8:00 p.m. closing time. The place was packed with customers who had rushed in to eat dinner, and it was extremely crowded. However, they ran out of rice just as the customer ahead of me was being served. A long line was left behind. Some customers were even shouting at the staff. Hunger takes away a person’s patience. That’s the story.

MV for “Aizome Summertime!!,” the main theme song of Hololive’s summer event, Holo Natsu Paradise. Based on a 3DCG sugoroku board game scene, this MV follows the Holomem’s summer青春 and their journey toward the live performance. Character design by Hiroyuki Ooyama (Umber). The CG scenes were handled by kumo.productions, the design by .MP, and the motion graphics by Kana Tatematsu.
