I produced a promo for the J-Sports channel.

This work uses photographs that capture Yamaguchi Prefecture’s natural environment and local character to express the changing seasons and the cycle of nature. Through programming, the pixels that make up the photographs are repeatedly broken apart and set in motion, layering and shifting to generate new forms and rich colors. We hope these transformations convey the growth of plants and the energy of nature, and deliver a powerful message of beginnings and renewal in life. With the cooperation of Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media [YCAM], this production uses 20 photographs taken by photographer Yasuhiro Tani, as well as Ayu Sakaguchi, Makoto Harada, Natsumi Yamamoto, and Yuhino Yoshikawa of the Yamaguchi University Photography Club. ---------------------------------------------- re-pixcells Digital Art / 24 min. 40 sec. / 2024 Project Owner: Yamaguchi University Hospital, National University Corporation Location: 1-1-1 Minami-Kogushi, Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture Cooperation: Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media [YCAM], Yamaguchi University Photography Club Photography: Yasuhiro Tani Art Direction: ArtPlace Inc. ---------------------------------------------- Project Page / ArtPlace Inc.: https://www.artplace.co.jp/project/yamaguchiuniv_hospital_bc_buildings/ Work Description: https://printwithcode.org/re-pixcells/

Ending theme for the TV anime "With You and the Rain." “filled” as the antonym of “empty” Even when we don’t know what kindness or doing the right thing looks like, there are moments when we’re unexpectedly comforted by the time we spend with someone or something. When you’re struggling, I hope there’s someone or somewhere you can go to and let your feelings out. They don’t need to answer; it could be a pet, a doll, a fictional being, or even yourself. Even if you know you’ll lose that presence someday, there are times when the moments you share now feel undeniably meaningful. Perhaps that is a small prayer to keep living, even while carrying feelings that can’t be put into words. Not denying loneliness. But not locking it away either. I wanted to depict the kind of time that gently gathers up the identity of that warmth as it gradually takes shape. I created this work hoping that, for those who watch it, it would become a time of quietly facing the emotions deep in the heart, a time in which something slowly begins to feel full.
