While fulfilling the girl’s longing for stylish self-expression, it also carries the message that “being yourself is wonderful, too.” Directed and written by Taketo Shinkai, who has extensive directing experience at ETV; animation by Imomushi, a creator active on works such as “Sina Pusiu”; and vocals by the chill musician kiki vivi lily. The arrangement of highly specialized staff also adds to the strength of the work.
