maya ongaku – Water Dream (Official Live Video)

Responsible for the video production for “X VORDER RUNWAY,” held at Makuhari Messe. For the stage blending a fashion show and a music live performance, where the real and virtual intersect, produced performance visuals for three songs: M2 “Tokyo Shandy Rendezvous,” M5 “True Story -Revival-,” and M9 “Chateaubriand.” Developed custom tools to manage color scripts aligned with each performer’s theme color, as well as tools that generate ASCII art–style effects based on the brightness information of the original footage. Built a consistent visual tone across multiple videos.

This is a motion graphics piece for the rap section, produced as part of the background visuals for the TOP 8 opening live performance at KAGARIBI #15, an unofficial Super Smash Bros. tournament held at Makuhari Messe. The rap part of the theme song "THRONED," created by the beatbox crew SARUKANI, has been visualized through motion graphics to craft a high-impact video. While it is 2D-based, I took on the challenge of incorporating 3D footage sparingly to achieve a richer visual quality. By picking up the various lyrics—a mix of Japanese and English—and the unique sounds produced by beatboxing, I have attempted to visualize the music through a diverse range of motion graphics tailored to each specific element.

I directed the video for the runway at the 2026 Cortina Winter Olympics.

We created the lyric animation for Official Hige Dandism’s “Rashisa.” This lyric animation was used for the Official Audio (lyric movie), live performances such as SUMMER SONIC 2025, and the teaser trailer for the animated film Hyakuemu.
