Casper Caan’s track “Detours to Glories” is expressed through a fusion of 2D animation and live-action backgrounds.

Created with retro games and bugs caused by the player as its motif. As the song progresses, the visuals shift from a 2D world (the game world) to one based on 3D (the real world).

V.W.P: Metamorphosis (The Metamorphosis) MV

A work inspired by Cowboy Bebop. Natural-looking animation is governed by many detailed rules (such as the 12 principles of animation), whereas jazz has no clear rules and unfolds through spontaneous improvisation. This work experimentally combines such irregular jazz with motion graphics constrained by easing rules, to explore what kind of visuals can emerge from that combination.
