butohes’ second EP, “to breathe,” explores the themes of “the body/breath,” “the ground,” and “heading somewhere.” This is the official music video for “eephus,” a track that is both driving and serene, like dazzling light. Its world is depicted through an analog animation technique using thickly applied paint. Light and the horizon, running toward somewhere beyond.
