An installation that controls a large spherical display with gestures. With the theme of “the invisible,” layered images like multiple veils concealing the inside of the spherical display are peeled away through gesture control, creating an interaction that attempts to glimpse the center. Kinect is used for control, and because the work is presented in the Symbol Zone of the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation, which features a giant 6-meter-diameter screen, motion-captured data was transmitted across the 40-meter distance from the participant to the control PC to the display to make it possible. 3rd Geo-Cosmos Content Contest Grand Prize, Live Content Category
