2023

Kao’s product, “Attack: Laundry in a Bag, Anywhere.” In order to make people remember its straightforward product name, we pushed the name relentlessly, while pretending to be a home shopping program. View: https://twitter.com/kao_attackjp/status/1720002817941983652

mercari CM "Costume" Version

2019

As part of a brand campaign for Mercari, Japan’s largest flea market app, we were responsible for the planning and production of a TV commercial. The items a parent and child had been searching for on Mercari turned out to be crafting materials for a robot costume. Based on the actual app design, the film tells a story of discovering new value in objects and of that value being passed on to someone else.

Hajimete no Chuu meets "Akai Mi wa Hajiketa" / Asagiiinyo by Häagen-Dazs

Promotion for the product “A Red Berry Burst,” named after a novel by Häagen-Dazs. This was adapted into a manga by Mengo Yokoyari and then brought to life as an MMV (manga music video). The project was conceived by Kazua Kuribayashi. The song is performed by Asaginyo. Together with animation director Fumi Ohashi, we translated the spaces between manga panels into image-based animation, using a variety of techniques such as drawing, motion, and liquid effects to bring it to the screen.
