Introducing Ichika Rei, the other heroine of the New Chapter iMarine Project, the story follows the novel more closely while depicting intense battle scenes and the emotional turmoil of the two characters. We also paid special attention to creating realistic background CG that recreates the world of the novel.

Planned as part of Suntory’s #ZONe IMMERSIVE SONG PROJECT. A novel served as the basis for the story, which was then expressed as a music video. The specific narrative was abstracted and visualized graphically by combining hand-drawn animation and motion graphics.

Wacky Seven: a hero who personifies armpit odor. A fiercely intense underarm-odor hero care battle anime, featuring vocals by Masayoshi Oishi, voice actors from 8P, and character design by FiFS.

The first music video in a new chapter of the I-Marine Project, which began in 2015. A multi-layered project centered on music videos, but also including novels and live performances. In addition to directing the MV, I was involved in everything from the overall planning to the novel’s plot. The MV is composed based on the world of the novel. The performance was created by having real actors act out the scenes and camera work, then capturing it with motion capture. Live-action backgrounds were filmed to match, and the camera work was tracked before combining it with CG. From there, it was further refined with detailed animatics using anime-style techniques. By using this approach, the character is made to feel distinctly present not just as a 3DCG character, but as I-Marine herself.
