Last Resort is a video team composed of Ayumu Arisaka, Mai Oita, and Ren Kohata, whose work awakens humanity’s primordial memories. Formed in 2010, the team creates organic motion-driven visual works by blending hand-drawn animation with stop-motion animation using people, large-scale props, and practical objects.

2020年 「とっぴんぱらりのぷぅ」文化庁メディア芸術祭 2021 エンターテイメント部門審査員推薦作品選出。2017年 MV「NEW YOKU」文化庁メディア芸術祭 2017 エンターテイメント部門審査員推薦作品選出。2013年 MV「やけのはら/RELAXIN’」文化庁メディア芸術祭 2013 エンターテイメント部門新人賞受賞。2012年 映像作品「深山にて」サロン・ド・プランタン賞、「杜の会」賞受賞。2010年 七尾旅人「検索少年」PVコンテスト グランプリ受賞。
