Founder of mooba studio Inc. Visual artist based in Tokyo.
After studying in the UK, she worked at a production company and a multinational corporation before going independent. She specializes in soft, expressive visuals that make use of illustration and design. With a focus on story-driven, clearly communicated video production, she works across media and methods without limitation. She is also actively involved in teaching, speaking at seminars, and writing.
Awards and appearances include: selected as one of the “100 Video Creators,” speaker at Adobe MAX, featured in an Adobe Creative Cloud commercial, and lecturer for Ricoh Company, Ltd. She is also the author of After Effects Motion Design: A Practical Idea Reference Book for Immediate Use.
