A rabbit man wanders into a city where the wind is strong and a rain of labels is swirling about. Holding an umbrella, he makes his way down the main street, growing irritated with his situation. Then a man in a car calls out to him.

Responsible for producing the interactive content for the video exhibition at Ecoru Togoshi, the environmental learning and exchange facility run by Shinagawa City. < Balance Planet > An interactive video content piece that lets visitors learn about the environment while experiencing it with a balance band worn on the arm. < Creature Touch > An interactive content piece where visitors can touch illustrations of creatures that live in the sea and on land to play and interact.

The instability brought about by self-identity is caused by continually gazing into the abyss. With the concept that “when you gaze into the abyss, the abyss also gazes into you,” it laughs at that abyss through excessive movement and filming, and confronts reality.

The end of humanity, stranded on a spaceship. Earth has perished, and people drift through space aboard a spaceship serving as an ark. Can they survive? No—can they continue to exist?

I directed and produced the music video for SIRUP’s “HOPELESS ROMANTIC.” In a world where all kinds of problems are unfolding, it highlights the importance of truly listening with your own eyes and ears, then taking action and speaking up. Through the process of creating it, this work also deepened my own thoughts and perspectives.
