We produced the music video for Midnight Grand Orchestra’s “Soliloquy.”

Explanation: In recent years, with the rise of short-form videos on social media, I had come to believe that creating short yet engaging elements in CG visuals was key. When we were approached for this project, I felt it could be an opportunity to take on an experimental challenge, so we created a work that UNDEFINED had never done before: something “cool, but humorous.” Having previously produced the CM video for ZONe QUICK BOOST, we built this video based on that same world. In terms of its look, we crafted it as a cinematic 3DCG world, while the content was distilled into a comedic story: “Zonko tries to buy a vending machine, but it turns out to be a trap, and she is suddenly chased by a flood of cans pouring out toward her.”

This was created as the final installment in a series of music videos released over three consecutive weeks, presented as a user-participation MV project. It is KOKO, the virtual rock singer’s first 3D music video.
