Since the song had a poppy, lively feel, I built the motion to match that upbeat image as well. While keeping the animation of the illustrations placed at the center of each cut as the main focus, I made sure the motion of the 2D design did not look too flat when arranged alongside the animation.

MV for “Aizome Summertime!!,” the main theme song of Hololive’s summer event, Holo Natsu Paradise. Based on a 3DCG sugoroku board game scene, this MV follows the Holomem’s summer青春 and their journey toward the live performance. Character design by Hiroyuki Ooyama (Umber).
