Based on the atmosphere of classic galge/eroge, this is a wildly over-the-top 8-bit music video made with fun and momentum as the top priority. While borrowing the signature visual direction and symbolic designs of dating sims, the structure is built to keep firing off gags at a brisk pace. Rather than worrying too much about the limitations of pixel art, it fully commits to overwhelming the viewer through dense visuals and editing rhythm. In this work, the “paradise” feeling that comes with the harem setup is also treated as an important element. I poured a flood of convenient dreams and excessive happiness into the visuals. By handling the direction, pixel art creation, and editing all myself, I aimed to create a music video that puts its upbeat energy front and center.
