2021
Only Image
Brother Industries and the globally popular band CHAI have teamed up for the “We want to be your brother.” campaign collaboration CM & MV. With the theme of supporting people as they take on new challenges in the new year, this campaign was created. In the collaboration CM “What’s your action?”, various people’s “ACTION”s are depicted through a three-dimensional flipbook animation set to CHAI’s new song “ACTION.” The paper crafts used in the flipbook animation that appears in the film were printed on Brother printers. The techniques of craft manga artist Shinra Shinge were referenced to portray CHAI’s concert. The “ACTION” collaboration MV is a short story that uses paper craft to depict children taking “ACTION,” expressing the feelings CHAI put into this song.

D-UP “The Ultimate Double Eyelid Is a Wonder!”

2020
Only Image
Wonder Eyelid Tape, a double-eyelid shaping tape that strongly resists water, sebum, and skin movement, and stays firmly in place for a long time to keep your double eyelids defined. In the video, Shinji Takeda, dressed as a sergeant, embodies the image of “won’t come off!” and “strong!” as he takes on fierce wind and water, expressing a spirit that never gives in no matter the environment. With his highly trained body, he goes head-on against powerful gusts and streams of water strong enough to blow a person away. The music featured is also a rare treat: it’s Shinji Takeda himself performing on saxophone and singing vocals!
