Whatever、Kudos Design Collaborative 、Conduit Projectsの3社合同で、ミュージアムや公共空間のためのインタラクティブ体験を企画・開発するクリエイティブ・ユニット“KASA”を発足し、2019年6月にニューヨークでオープンした、ポスタアートに特化したアメリカ初の博物館「Poster House」内の常設インタラクティブインスタレーションを企画・制作しました。 https://posterhouse.org/ Poster Houseは、展覧会、イベント、そして出版物など、1800年代～現在にわたり使用されてきた、世界的なポスターアートの歴史を展示し、グラフィックデザインがもたらす社会へのインパクトを後世に伝えること目的としています。 Poster Wall （ポスターウォール）—ミュージアムの膨大なポスターコレクションの中から、数秒ごとにランダムで高解像度のポスターが表示される4Kデジタルディスプレイ。来館者がボタンを操作することで、コンテンツを自ら選択することもできます。Poster Wallには、専用の管理システムが構築されており、美術館のスタッフはそのシステムを通して、簡単にコレクションを追加・更新することが可能となっています。 Poster Machine（ポスターマシーン） — グラフィックデザイナーになった気分でポスターの制作プロセスを体験できるデジタルインスタレーション。制作の各ステップでは、ポスター制作に必要な基本的な要素（シンボル、色、フレーズ、フォント、デザインスタイル等）の重要性と、デザイン思考について説明しています。143,000通り以上のポスターをデザインすることが可能となっています。

JR原宿駅前の新体験フラッグシップショップ「@cosme TOKYO」のショップ内レジ奥のディスプレイにて流れる、ジェネラティブムービー「ART OF SHOPPING」を企画、制作しました。 「ART OF SHOPPING」は、@cosme TOKYOの店舗にて購入された商品画像や商品情報、購入時間などの商品情報（POSデータ）を使用し、万華鏡のような模様をリアルタイムで生成していく映像作品です。口コミ件数やベストコスメなど、@cosmeが持つ様々な独自データとかけ合わせることで、直近の店舗データから多種多様なデザインが視覚的に生成されるシステムを開発しています。さらに、店舗が賑わっている時は、万華鏡のデザインもダイナミックに動くなど、店舗での購買行動そのものが、リアルタイムに反映されていきます。

2019年7月に上野国立科学博物館で開催された「恐竜博2019」のコンテンツの1つとして、全身復元骨格が世界初公開された恐竜、トロオドンと遊ぶことができる「DINO PLAY」のクリエイティブディレクションに携わりました。画面の前に立つ人の動作に反応して、トロオドンが様々なアクションをしてくれたり、いっしょに記念写真を撮ることができました。会期中、多くの方がプレイし、その後全国12カ所で活用され盛況を機しました。 https://dino2019.jp/outline.html

This work has been entered in “Shinjuku Creators Festa 2018”. It originated from the abstract image captured from people walking in Shinjuku, visualizing the image freely and flexibly. The city of Shinjuku itself, the buildings and people - they all seem to be heading in a certain direction, growing and developing. Though we are not quite sure what to make of these forms, we are simply struck by the beauty of their silhouette. Seeing that it shares a common concept with a chemical reaction formula called “reaction diffusion”, we have incorporated into this piece of work a spontaneously created cycle pattern using Houdini and TouchDesigner. Three different patterns of the work were presented on “Digital Signage EST VISION by LUMINE EST”. 「新宿クリエイターズ・フェスタ2018」出品作品。 新宿を歩く人々を抽象化して捉えたイメージを元に、自由に視覚化した作品です。 新宿という都市や建物、人々はどこかに向かって成長しているように見えるが、形成された姿はいったい何と言えるのかはまったくわからない、ただシルエットとして美しいと感じます。 その考え方はreaction diffusionという昔からある化学反応式ととても近かったので、自発的に生まれる周期パターンをHoudiniとTouchDesignerを併用し、表現の中に組み込みました。 「デジタルサイネージ EST VISION by LUMINE EST」で、３パターンの違った映像を展開しました。

Since 2013, we have participated in a public art project called “Shinjuku Creators Festa”. Voice of Vision took part in this festival in 2018. Using traditional electronic music as its motif, Voice of Vision suddenly starts a countdown toward something undescribed. With a techno-pop taste, this countdown graphic appears in the city of Shinjuku out of nowhere. This graphic is an experimental collaboration between graphic creator Seiya Nakano and musician duo Satoshi & Makoto. Seiya Nakano is one of the most profound technical director in Japan with an abundant experience from projection mapping to large-sized graphic installation. The members of the duo Satoshi & Makoto met at Kraftwerk’s Japan tour. They released their music from a Dutch music label called Safe Trip and has gained reputation since then. Their music is very unique. For Voice of Vision, Satoshi & Makoto used vintage synthesizer from the ‘80s and ‘90s and created this music by intricately simulating each sound. The equipment we used for both graphic and sound are all vintage and utilized various techniques. Therefore, we isolated ourselves from the up-to-date mainstream machines. It is said that the origin of techno-pop is the ‘80s classic old school. This music is an homage to the origin and we made an attempt to collaborate with the artists who can feel empathy with this idea. 2013年から参加しているパブリックアートプロジェクト「新宿クリエイターズ・フェスタ」の2018年に出品した作品。 エレクトリックミュージックの古典的なモチーフを使用して、テクノポップのテイストのモーショングラフィックが新宿のストリートに現れ、何かにむけてカウントダウンしてゆきます。 今回は映像を中野誠也（Seiya Nakano）氏、音楽をSatoshi & Makotoというアーティストと実験的にコラボレーションしました。 中野誠也氏はプロジェクションマッピングや大型映像インスタレーションで、日本の数多くの有名なプロジェクトを手掛けてきたテクニカルディレクターで、音楽のSatoshi & Makotoは、Kraftwerkの来日ライブで出会ったアーティストで、オランダ safe trip　レーベルからリリースした作品が話題を呼んでいます。 音楽はオリジナルで、Satoshi & Makotoが今回のために80〜90年代のビンテージシンセサイザーや、緻密にシミュレートした音源を駆使して制作しました。 映像も音も、現在のメインストリームにあるツールとは異なり独特な方法やビンテージ機材を起用して制作しています。 80年代のオールドスクールのテクノポップにクリエイティブの原点を持っていて、共感できるアーティストと、今回はテクノカルチャーへのオマージュとして、コラボレーションを楽しみました。

Inspired by an artist SUNNOVA’s same-titled music, JUDGE was created for a special exhibition within an event called “Shinjuku Creators Festa”. The theme for this exhibition was “Visualize Shinjuku”. We created the visual image based on the concept of the music: “Do Not Label Us”. In our work, you will see the real-life and the vulgar element of Shinjuku which transform everyday. Yet at the same time, you will also see jungle of skyscrapers which gives an artificial impression. Then a question arises: Does the city that we actually see and the people right in front of us really exist? The world of JUDGE expresses the complicated world view of truth and lies by creating a collage of Shinjuku which we actually shot as well as non-graphic elements which do not exist. 「新宿クリエイターズ・フェスタ」の企画展示「Shinjuku City Visualize」において、“新宿の視覚化（＝ビジュアライズ）”というテーマでSUNNOVA氏の同名楽曲からインスパイアされた映像を制作。 楽曲のコンセプトである「決め付けないで」をもとにビジュアルイメージを構築した。 新宿の持つ日々移ろう猥雑さと、対極的にそびえたつビル群。今、目に見ている街並や行き交う人達は本当に存在するのか。 撮影した新宿の街並とそこには存在しないグラフィックのエレメントをコラージュしながら、嘘と本当が錯綜するような世界観を作り上げた。

A three-dimensional space built with real-time graphics.It depicts a day in the life of the people living in the Kojimachi district during the Edo period (1615-1868). In this virtual reality world, the same scene never repeats itself and the people move as if they had their own will. We combined the analog techniques of Japanese traditional painting, with the digital techniques of real-time rendering and video game artificial intelligence engine to create a delicate background and character composition. 日本画のように再現された江戸時代の麹町の街並みは、実は3D空間を持つリアルタイムグラフィックスで構築されている。人々は意志を持つかのように動き2度と同じシーンを繰り返すことはない。

The viewer him/herself enters this virtual world where they can explore and play. Hakoniwa, a pun combining the words for “box” and “garden”, is indeed the perfect environment for the playful creativity that the piece inspires. After your face is 3D scanned, you fall through the sky as a character of the world where you quickly adopt the funny exercises of the other citizens such as dancing around and occasionally dropping your face on the ground. Simple controls allow for interaction with other characters and their environment as the cycle of life creation and destruction keep the world in a state of constant change. 顔を3D スキャンすることにより自身がアバターとなり、その場で仮想空間に入り込むことができる。 クラシックなゲームコントローラを使って自分を観察したりいたずらすることにより、鑑賞者は現実 世界とは違う体験をする。

Lazy Arms is a piece meant to interact with the viewer. Instead of building it inside the virtual world, we opted for a real analog version based on the same technology as other pieces. It is not a musical instrument, but an experiment and a response to overcome the boundaries between humans and technology through creative means. Lazy Arms combines robotics, machine learning, and real-time control of light and sound to build an emotional space which allows the viewer to lead his/her own orchestra of undulating arms, changing sounds, and vibrant colors. From your position in front of the piece, you become a conductor, controlling the orchestra of lights, movements and sounds. As you move your arms, the arms of the piece sway along with you, changing colors and emitting sounds based on your movements. 発光体のついた9 本のロボットアームとサウンドからなる。 オーケストラの指揮者の如く振舞い、作品と対話することによって音と色を奏で不思議な空間が生ま れる。

台湾で電動スクーターのシェアリングサービスを手がけるGogoroが2018年に発売した電動バイクGogoro S2とGogoro 2 Delightの若年層への訴求を目的としたプロモーションとして、Gogoroに乗車してオリジナルのミュージックビデオが作成できる「Gogoro Road to Stardom」を制作しました。 トンネル内部には、巨大なLEDフロアとスクーター、そして両サイドに鏡を設置。体験者がハンドルやボタンを操作することで、様々なアニメーションやBGMと共にインタラクティブな演出が生成されて万華鏡のようにトンネル全体に映像が映し出される、没入型の体験を作りました。作成されたミュージックビデオはInstagramでシェアできるように加工され、メールで受け取ることができます。 Gogoro Road to Stardomは、台北、台中、高雄にて展示されました。

『スペースホッパーズ』はナムコと共同開発した新感覚のトランポリンアトラクション。プロジェクションマッピングとセンシングを活用し、あたかも宇宙レースに参加したような体験ができます。 独自開発したセンサーがトランポリンの跳んだ位置とおおよその高さを取得し、それによりスピードが加速、宇宙空間のコースをホッピングしてゴールを目指します。 イオンモール幕張新都心内にてオープンした次世代型屋内アスレチック施設『TONDEMI（トンデミ）』内にて体験頂けます。

2017 年に、創業 300 周年を迎えた大丸。 その記念として、お客様への感謝と共に、次代に向けた門出となる祝いの花が集ってできた、鏡のインスタレーションを企画・制作しました。 約 800 の可動モーターによって、全長 5 メートル、高さ 3 メートルの楕円を埋め尽くす約 3,000 本の花びらの開閉を制御、また設置されたセンサーで、前に立つ人の姿を感知して鏡のように形を映しだしたり、プログラムされた文字や模様も描きだします。

6/20 から国立西洋美術館で始まりました「アルチンボルド展」にて体験できる、奇才の宮廷画家アルチンボルドの絵画になれるインスタレーションを企画・開発しました。 また、それに伴い放送される NHK 総合 7/5 水 19:30～「(^○^)顔面白TV」という番組内で、本インスタレーションの開発過程を取材いただきました。

7-ELEVEN Taiwan の CSR キャンペーン「Rhythm of Love」のインスタレーション、「Robotic Clapping Wall」を ADK Taiwan と共同製作しました。 Robotic Clapping Wall は 12 個のロボットの手が付けられた壁の前に募金箱が備え付けられており、誰かが募金をするたびに、壁の手が募金をした人物に対して拍手を贈るインスタレーションです。リアルな拍手音を作り出す この”拍手ロボット”は、Bye Bye World と共同製作しました。 また、ユーザーが自分オリジナルの拍手リズムを作成して共有することができるキャンペーンサイトを制作しました。 Robotic Clapping Wall は、2018 年 11 月 10 日～ 12 月 8 日の期間中。台湾の首都圏にある 7-ELEVEN の各店舗にて展示されました。 http://7-11rhythmoflove.com.tw/

2020年へのカウントダウンが始まり、平成から新しい時代へと移り変わろうとする中、日本の玄関口である東京・丸の内エリアに「新しい時代への扉」として、「ひかりのゲートウェイ」が展開。WOWは、丸の内周辺エリアに展示された「リフレクティブ・ウォール」と「リフレクティブ・ゲート」の企画・演出を担当。 人と街、そして未来を照らす「ひかり」をコンセプトに、鏡を用いた幻想的な空間を創出。幾何学に組まれた鏡の壁の中に、照明で照らされた街や人が映り込む作品「リフレクティブ・ウォール」。ゲート状に構成した鏡に抽象的な映像が「ひかり」として加わり、体験者はゲート内に入ることで、足元から天井まで幻想的な世界に包み込まれる作品「リフレクティブ・ゲート」を制作。 さまざまな「ひかり」や自身の姿が鏡の中で反射を繰り返し、普段とは違う見え方に遭遇することで、その体験が未来への糧となるような願いを込めた

科学は「なぜ？」と疑問を持ち、空想を膨らませて仮説を立て、仮説を信じて実験を繰り返すことで進展します。 福岡市科学館の基本展示室に入る前に、あらゆることを疑問に思い空想する準備運動をしてもらいたいと思い制作したのが「発見の壁」です。「この絵をを触るとどうなるのだろう？」、「この絵は何を意味しているのだろう？」と好奇心を持って探索してもらうために、科学史上の出来事や科学的事象をモチーフにアニメーション作家の自由な発想で、たくさんの面白い仕掛けをコンテンツに潜ませました。 レリーフをタッチするとそれらの科学と空想が楽しいアニメーションになって飛び出します。それぞれが繋り、相互作用し、やがては「なぜ？」という疑問へ集約されます。
