A promotional movie for Pilot’s smooth ballpoint pen, “Acroball.” An image of lines drawn with Acroball, seamlessly connecting to everyday scenes and movements. Humans are so sensitive that we can detect even the slightest interruption, and it often feels as though we live under constant physical and mental anxiety and stress, always worried about things breaking off. This film was created to make viewers want to experience the uninterrupted, smooth comfort of Acroball. Asia Pacific Advertising Festival 2017 Bronze Award, 3rd BOVA Semi-Grand Prix.

KOO-KI’s Toichi Shirakawa directed and produced this commercial for UHA Gummy Supplement. The music is an arranged recording of Kocchi no Kento’s hit song “Hai Yorokonde,” created specifically for this commercial. The illustrations are newly drawn by Oshushi Muromuki. To achieve a subliminal effect, the production was designed so that the product package appears in every cut. To present it without being intrusive, the team added touches such as well-timed coordination with the music, a pleasing sense of progression, and small playful elements (the gummy pieces) to keep it engaging and prevent it from becoming dull.
