We produced a TV commercial for the “Laview” card, a credit card that offers benefits for people who use Seibu Railway. The illustrations for the overall advertising campaign, including outdoor ads, were created by Kenji Kitazawa. By making the most of the world depicted in those illustrations, we combined 2D animation and 3D CG animation to create a video that conveys the excitement of shopping.

Music video for “Dry Land Swimming” by London-based electronic music unit Bubble People. The entire video is composed of animation created from 3D models, which were made based on photographs the artist shot (scanned) in central London from late 2020 to early 2021.

teamLab will hold a large-scale opening exhibition, “teamLab: Universe of Water Particles in the Tank,” at TANK Shanghai (Shanghai Oil Tank Art Center), a new museum in Shanghai, China. The massive former fuel tank becomes a space that continues to transform in response to people’s behavior, making people part of the work and changing the relationship between people and the world into something more continuous. teamLab, which seeks to explore new relationships between people and the world through art, aims in this exhibition to go beyond boundaries that people tend to take for granted, such as the boundaries between works of art, between people and works, and between oneself and others, and to create a single space in which various works and people become one and influence one another.
